His quest began at some of the oldest and finest vineyards of the Champagne region- The Villages of Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger- all 100% classified Grand Cru. Angel's esteemed champagne experts, including master winemaker Herbert Dailly, supervise the blending of Angel's grape reserve vintages and liqueur de dosage.
Angel has limited annual production so its exclusivity is assured, that is why it is only available for purchase here (the Official Angel Champagne website) and very select venues around the world.

Moet & Chandon can trace its history back to 1743 when it was established by Claude Moët in 1743. It is now part of the massive LVMH group and is by far the largest house in Champagne, producing a staggering 24 million bottles a year and with nearly 30 kilometres of cellars to mature its stocks.
Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial has for many years been the world's best selling non-vintage Champagne and is consistently soft, fresh and very well balanced. The Vintage Brut Impérial is one of the best value vintage Champagnes on the market, while the firm's top cuvée, Dom Perignon, is one of the greatest Champagnes in the world.

The focus of Kirin's international sales is on Kirin Ichiban Shibori, which is brewed at plants around the world.
It is Kirin's corporate policy to carefully select the ideal business partner in each country to ensure our customers receive fresh, high quality beer.
In 1992, Kirin signed a production and licensing agreement with Wells & Young's Brewing Company (formerly Charles Wells Ltd), a brewery based in Bedfordshire in the UK, and local production of Kirin Beer Premium Lager and Kirin Ichiban was started in 1993. Kirin's resident brewmaster, who was dispatched from Kirin Japan, supervises all the production stages to ensure complete quality control in the brewing and packaging of Kirin Beer in the UK.
